Advisory Fee Credit Structure:

The standalone Capital Assessment & Cost-Benefit Modeling Sprint is provided for a fixed advisory fee. Upon the successful funding and closing of an approved debt facility, 100% of the paid advisory fee will be applied as a direct credit against the final Success Fee due at closing.
